You’ll learn to find focus, engage your core, and take flight into a variety of poses that may have previously seemed out of reach and learn to experience these poses in new and exciting ways.This class is suitable for yogis of all levels. We’ll start off with the basics and work up to more challenging poses and variations in a fun and safe environment.
