Posture Review Workshop
with Jana Kent-Dewald (E-RYT 200, YACEP)
In class have you ever asked yourself “Am I doing this right?” Join us for a 2-hour workshop where we will break down the common elements of a power vinyasa class, review the fundamental principles of alignment, teach modifications for each pose, and then link everything together to create a vinyasa class that we will do together.
This workshop is great for:
- Students wanting to review the basics.
- Students wanting to learn modifications for each pose.
- Experienced students who want to learn how to expand each pose.
- Yoga Teachers/Trainees looking to increase their knowledge base. (Continuing Education Credits Available)
Come to learn, play, and practice in a supportive environment.
