Penny believes yoga will change your life.Penny began practicing yoga in 2009 and was immediately drawn to the way it made her feel so good. An avid exerciser for years, Penny found nothing compared to the way yoga provided strength, balance, flexibility, and calmness of mind. A sporadic home practice evolved into a regular studio practice where Penny experienced profound growth and transformation in many areas of her life.
Passionate about the way yoga enhanced her life, in 2016 Penny followed her heart and became a certified yoga instructor. She joyously shares her love of yoga with her students as she guides them through their practice. Penny teaches a thoughtful and empowering yoga class – providing skillful instruction and assists, friendly encouragement, and inclusion for all. She creates a safe space for people as she encourages them to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.
Penny firmly believes that yoga is for everybody and every body: “We can all practice yoga at our current fitness/ability level, safely stepping out of our comfort zone where we can experience real change, growth, and transformation.”
As a Registered Nurse, Penny has been teaching health and wellness for over 30 years. She believes practicing yoga will create a positive ripple effect of wellness in your life and hopes to see you on your mat soon!
