Nicole needed something to help her focus and find balance in her life after having children. Yoga became the release she needed. Power yoga was an exhilarating workout that helped tone her body and became her meditative practice to quiet the mind and center the soul. The love of yoga grew, and Nicole began immersing herself in her passion, studying anatomy, different styles of yoga, meditation, and everything in-between.
She began seeing changes in herself; yoga taught her to focus on the present and be thankful for every moment, no matter what or how difficult life seemed. Nicole knew that she wanted to share her love of yoga through teaching. She completed the 200-hour teacher training program at Power Yoga Works in 2016 inspired to ignite passion in others and watch them grow. When not practicing or teaching yoga, Nicole is part of a health and wellness company, spreading the message of clean, green living in all aspects of life: mind, body, and soul. She hopes to inspire everyone on their journey to find their true self on their mat!
