Meg found yoga after a sports injury in 2004. Since then, Meg has been practicing yoga daily, eventually leading her to obtain her RYT 200 certification from Power Yoga Works. Meg finds that practicing yoga is one of the most purifying ways to create a sense of dharma and serenity within.
From living in Alaska, New York City and returning home to Pennsylvania, Meg has found yoga to be essential in her day to day life. The feeling of rolling out your yoga mat and “showing up with no sense of self judgement” is her mantra.
Off the mat, Meg spends time with her dog Ruka and works as a Primary Therapist for an inpatient drug & alcohol treatment center.
