Dana has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. The desire for more physical and emotional balance led her to the practice. In 2013 she decided to teach the gift that helped her find much needed healing. In 2014 Dana completed her 200-hour yoga training under the teaching of Colleen DeVirgiliis at Seva Power Yoga in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She is trained in Power Vinyasa guided by the teachings of Baron Baptiste. Dana has also completed additional training under Bryan Kest and certifications for working with trauma, eating disorders and breast cancer patients.
Her love for the practice and teaching it to others is strongly rooted in the ability to share the practice with all people. Regardless of age, injury, athletic ability, or body type, Dana adapts yoga to fit the beautiful, unique qualities of each person. As a corporate manager, coach, former athlete and an instructor, Dana is committed to serving others. Her goal is to leverage the branches of yoga with the uniqueness of each student to ensure they leave each class feeling their best.
