Come chill with us for a 90-minute Yin practice taught by Kimberly. You will move through a passive practice where your hips, shoulders, hamstrings and especially your heart will open and become unblocked allowing your body to be in a perfect happy place for the holiday spirit.
Gentle assisting and essential oils will contribute to your relaxation where you can reset for the upcoming hustle bustle that the holiday season brings.
