Caitlin found yoga after a car accident when she was 18. She tried months of physical therapy with no progress. She began going to a yoga class once a week and started seeing a difference immediately. Years later after having a baby she got back into power yoga. It made a tremendous difference on not only getting back into shape but to help with postpartum.
In the Winter of 2013, She finally decided to dive into the yoga teacher training program at Power Yoga Works. Teaching has been extremely fulfilling for Caitlin. She loves seeing progress in her students and sharing this knowledge with everyone.
When not practicing, Caitlin loves spending time with her family.
