Brandi calls herself a “yogathlete” because she has a strong competitive sports background and greatly enjoys participating in, and teaching, many fitness formats. Yoga has become a particular passion due to the huge personal impact the practice has contributed to her own wellness journey. She believes that yoga is the perfect compliment to anyone’s active lifestyle, they just have to find the right yoga home and format.
Brandi’s practice is vigorous and athletic. Her classes include moments of lightheartedness and moments of deep concentration, great music and thoughtful sequences designed to challenge and inspire. All levels of participants, from the beginner to the seasoned yogi, will find ways to be successful. Brandi completed her 200-hour yoga training through the Life Power Yoga program in 2018. When not teaching yoga, Brandi teaches indoor cycling and juggles two kids, a traveling husband, Frankie the Corgi, and Trouble the Cat.
