Amanda originally found this practice as a part of a strength and conditioning program as a college athlete. She found the practice challenging, but also noticed subtle changes in her body, and overall well-being. After completing undergraduate school and beginning a vigorous graduate school program, she found yoga to be a true outlet and release from the stressors associated with academic life.
Now as a working professional she finds that no matter where she is, or what she is perusing athletically yoga is her constant. She finds the practice to be challenging, grounding, and rejuvenating all at the same time. Her hope is to share all the aspects of this practice that she loves with others, so they might take what they need from it, and grow in their own lives.
