For me, yoga is the perfect discipline because it maintains health in both the mind body and spirit. My commitment to teaching yoga and continuing to learn and grow within my own practice, strengthens and enhances aspects of my life – on the mat and off the mat in my daily life.
The more time I spend studying, practicing and teaching, the more I know that there is a world of things to discover about helping myself and others to grow in the practice of yoga. I am so grateful for yoga it has brought so much richness and growth to my own physical, emotional and spiritual journey.
