Class Descriptions:

All Levels: This power vinyasa yoga class is a specifically sequenced set of postures designed to tone, and detoxify your body. The yoga class is for all levels from the beginner to most advanced student. (1 1/2 hour class)

Power Yoga Basics: Our standard flow power vinyasa yoga class focuses on the foundations of power yoga, body alignment, physical conditioning, and mindfulness. The class is excellent for new students. (75 minute class)

Power Hour: One hour all levels power yoga class.

Beginner Course/Class for Brand New Students – This 4-week course is designed for brand new yoga students who want to learn the basics and fundamental building blocks of this transformational power yoga. This yoga is for everyone! The fee is $55 for the 4 consecutive week course. You get a free yoga mat when you sign up for the beginner course. Drop ins are welcome. You can join the four week course at anytime during the course. You can make up any missed classes at our other classes.(75 minute class)

Four Week Beginner Course (includes a Free Yoga Mat) – $55

The 5 or 10 class packages have no expiration date. No refunds, transfers or exchanges for unlimited classes or class packages.

Preparation for Class:

  • Bring a big towel, water, and yoga mat.
  • Mats and towels are available for $1 rental.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
  • Please turn off cell phones in class.
