Breathing is a powerful tool for health and freedom from disease. Pranayama means “to control the breath.” Conscious, mindful breathing allows you to raise energy levels in the body naturally and organically while activating the relaxation response.
Awaken your mind to the power of breath as you explore basic and intermediate pranayama techniques. These techniques, combined with Ed Harrold’s Cross-Patterning Yoga flows, balance the nervous system with twisting routines that bring masculine and feminine energies into harmony.
Strengthen the mind-body relationship by incorporating the breath into your yoga practice and into cardiovascular exercise, and use it as a tool for integrative health.
