yoga.
How often should I practice power vinyasa yoga?
For transformational results we recommended 4-6 times a week.. Two to three
times a week done consistently will also bring transformation and great results. Use
your own intuition and wisdom to develop your best schedule for you even if it is
one or two days a week. Consistency will be a key to your success.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a big towel, water, and a yoga sticky mat. We have mats for rent and sale at
our studios. The mat rentals are free for the first time. You also should wear
workout clothes. Be prepared to sweat and to have some fun.
